Q: ok so I already posted this before ... I want to know if theres a store in ca, as a target, Walgreens, Kmart, ... u get the message ... for semi-permanent dye pink hair ... I want the kind that, as in the lst 30 days or something like that ...
A: Yes, but if you do not bleach it will not be bright. If you look at this link, it shows you that the dye on the hair bleached and unbleached. Also there are tricks to make it hard.

pink really show that BRIGHT .. so I think u'd need to bleach, but even if you do will always look good.
